At INSUFFƎR®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following returns policy.
Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Conditions for accepting a return
To be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition as when received
- Not have been used or washed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
INSUFFƎR® reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to start a return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Items not eligible for return
Returns are not accepted for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized products (if offered in the future)
- Damaged products or incorrect orders
Please check your order upon receipt.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to obtain a different product or size is to:
- Request a return for the item
- Place a new order for the desired product
Right of withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European regulations, if your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason.
The product must meet the same conditions as a standard return:
- Unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method
- Within a maximum of 10 business days
- The final timing will depend on your bank or card issuer
