Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is received.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
If delays occur due to a high volume of orders or logistical issues, you will be notified by email.

Spain: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.
You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect address: INSUFFƎR® is not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or delayed package: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@insuffer.com and we will help resolve the issue.
- Customs and taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in their country.
Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified if it has already been processed.
